Mostly from you. For B2B outreach, we also use public sources and business data providers: company websites, LinkedIn, industry association directories and B2B contact databases.
We contact people in their professional role about services relevant to their company. Every email includes our details and a simple way to opt out, and we honour opt-outs promptly and keep a suppression list so we do not contact you again. We carry out and keep a legitimate interests assessment for this activity. You can object at any time by replying "unsubscribe" or writing to natalia@atlantic-link.consulting.
We do not sell personal data.
Some providers process data outside the UK and the EEA, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on an adequacy decision (including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, where the provider is certified) or on standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum. You can ask us for details.
You have the right to access, correct, erase or restrict your data, to object to processing (including direct marketing, at any time), to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Write to natalia@atlantic-link.consulting. We reply within one month.
You can complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) or, in the EU, to your local data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to resolve your concern first.
We use access controls, multi-factor authentication, encryption in transit and limited access on a need-to-know basis.
We will post updates on this page with a new date.
