2. Information, not advice. Content on this website, including Insights articles, prices and descriptions of rules in the UK and the EU, is general information. It is not legal, tax or regulatory advice and may not reflect the latest changes. Ask us before acting on it.
3. Prices and services. Prices are starting prices in US dollars, exclusive of VAT where applicable. Any engagement is governed by a written proposal or order form and our Master Services Agreement, which take precedence over this website. Some regulated services are delivered with our licensed partners, as stated in the proposal.
4. Online orders. Where the site lets you order a service online (for example, the GPSR Representative service), the order is a business-to-business contract subject to the service terms shown at checkout. We may decline an order after reviewing your documents, in which case we refund what you paid.
